The renter is expected to return the trailer clean (inside and out) and to empty the holding tanks. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning and/or dump fee assessed to the renter. The trailer can be delivered to or picked up from the renter for a fee of $50 per hour (2 hour minimum). Pet or smoking policy violations will result in a cleaning and replacement fee assessed to the renter. *** All rental destinations to public events or gatherings must be approved by owner before a reservation can be confirmed ***
