Equilizer Hitch and Prodigy brake controller included w/rental. Must have brake controller hook up. CD player w/ surround sound inside and outside. Double bunkbeds for the kids in front with an area for TV. Rear queen slide out, Full fold down couch bed and full fold down dinette bed. Sleeps 8-10 total. Bed linens and bath towels included. Immaculate condition inside and out. All kitchen necessities for 10 included. Stove, microwave, Oven, and portable propane grill. Cable / satellite connection. Outside Shower. Also includes 2 adult folding chairs and 4 children folding chairs and a 10x10 portable shade awning/screen room. Lots of other extras included to make your trip as easy as possible. $500 Refundable security deposit. Pets allowed with approval and $100 refundable pet deposit. $75 Cleaning charge only if unit is not returned in same condition. $50 Dump charge only if unit is not returned empty. Owners will deliver/pick up within 25 mile range for $50 charge each way. Must be 21 years of age or older, and provide copy of valid driver's license and addtional insurance for rental.
