3 Day Minimum...40 ft toy hauler with a 12ft garage full bath sleeps 12 ,full kitchen ,microwave ,refrigerator ,2 king size bunks in the garage, 2 air units ,32inch hd tv,full stereo and surround sound. 35 gallon fuel station,electric jacks very nice unit • $195.00 a night [3 night minimum] • 15% discount for seven day rental • Sanitation fee/dump charge $60.00 dollars • 3 hours generator use per day $5.00 each additional hour • Propane $5.00 dollars a gallon if returned not returned full • Late charge of one days rental if returned late for each day beyond agreed return date • Cleaning charge of $150.00 if not cleaned by renter • $5.00 per gallon for gas if fueling station not retuned full • Will deliver locally for $100.00 dollars each way
